Hello and Welcome to our Video Session. My name is Mary Flora I am a mental health counseling provider licensed in North Carolina with 17 years of professional mental health counseling experience. I focus on relationship principles thathelp build safety, connection and attunement with others, and how to better manage anxiety, depression and stress through emotional regulation techniques to help build healthy relationships with Self and Others. Examining past events can also be explored and reconciled to help clients build motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be shared. Taking the first steps to create a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
