I believe every person has a story, and every story has purpose. Your experiences matter. Who you are matters. We all have things that become obstacles, but it is when those obstacles interfere with our ability to live each day to its fullest that we need support to address them. I have worked with all people of all ethnicities, religious affiliations, ages, and states of health to address anxiety, depression, and stressful social dynamics. I provide a safe non-judgmental space to share what is in your heart, and work together to process that into actionable steps for improving daily life, in whatever way that means for you. I have used motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, Labyrinth work and guided imagery as specialized ways to uncover and process emotions and issues.
