I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of clinical experience. I have worked with individuals with a wide array of struggles, helping them to manage anxiety, depression, anger, conflict in relationships, past trauma, diminished self-esteem and adjustment related concerns. Emotional pain can sometimes feel worse than any physical pain. I help support clients through the situation that is impeding their ability to function as their best selves. As a strength-based therapist, my approach is to use solution-focused techniques in guiding you to realize the tools and skills you possess to overcome the issues you are facing.
