I am a clinical social work professional, licensed in Alabama, with 3 years of professional work experience and over 10 years of experience helping those dealing with substance use and mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. I offer a safe space for individuals who are looking to develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence and self-esteem. My therapy style is warm, genuine, and unbiased.
