I am an LCSW in New York State with over 5 years of client facing professional work experience. I have worked in a variety of settings including; outpatient, residential and clinic based practices. I have a wide range of experience in helping both adolescents and elders as they transition through all of life’s changes whether they be desired or not. I take a wholistic approach to modern day therapy. It’s okay to be scared. We can start slow… until you visualize the life you want to live and we are driving full speed ahead! We will have our seat belts on of course… I have helped my clients manage stress and anxiety, navigate undesirable family conflicts, heal from childhood trauma/abuse and increase their motivation and self worth as they locate their inner child and personal confidence.
