I am MH counselor/therapist with a counseling style that is warm, empathetic, integrative, pragmatic, and person-centered. I believe that a therapeutic relationship should be a collaborative one in which you and I work together to discover creative strategies, solutions, and, at times, even humorous insights to help you practice new ways to thrive. I have experience counseling adult individuals on family/relationship issues, and matters coping with grief, trauma, addiction, existential concerns, sexuality, and recovery. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and client-centered counseling. My work draws its influence from the counseling theories and styles of Carl Rogers, Carl Jung, and Murray Bowen.
