Hi there, I’m Mary Beth! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping children, teens, families and adults with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I also have experience working with all ages to increase motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe therapy is a supportive tool that can help you feel better and support you to live the life you want to live! And, I work with all of my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In my spare time I like to ride my bike, ski, cook for my family and read books. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I can’t wait to work with you on your healing journey!
