Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Texas for 21 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, parenting problems, depression, relationship issues, learning problems for students, stress, career challenges and aging issues. My counseling style is warm and compassionate. I believe in treating everyone with respect, kindness and consideration for their life’s challenges. My theoretical approach is eclectic because I want to be able to meet a client’s needs and goals with whatever form of counseling is needed by that client. I will meet you where you are in your life’s journey. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. I understand that seeking help to improve or change your life takes much courage.
