I am licensed in Texas with and have been practicing since 2021. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. I believe everyone can benefit from counseling. We will work together to identify what you want, be honest about what it is you want, and then determine what that looks like for you.
