My name is Matt; I have been working with clients professionally since 2011 and obtained licensure in 2014. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with individuals in several different areas including stress/anxiety management, coping with addictions, mood regulation (such as depressive symptoms), sleeping disorders, and anger management. It is important to me that any therapeutic relationship be built on a foundation of trust and respect; I promise to always bring these factors to our sessions together, and ensure that we tailor our treatment to your specific goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I tend to work with people utilizing cognitive behavioral and interpersonal therapeutic orientations. They are evidenced-based practices, which means that our work together isn’t just what I think will help; it is what decades of research and peer-reviewed researchers have determined are most likely to help!
