I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida dedicated to helping clients navigate difficult and distressing life experiences, such as the grief and loss process, coping with addictions, depression and anxiety, and anger management. I provide support and guidance during transitional times by helping people work through emotional hardships, adjust to a new reality, rebuild their lives, and explore self-identity to improve quality of life. Trained in and able to utilize various therapeutic treatment modalities and works from a holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based perspective to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment; walking through the process of healing and transformation towards the authentic self requires companionship.
