I am a graduate of Bellevue University with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and a veteran who served in the United States Army. I have over 17 years of experience helping people mitigate life’s challenges. I understand pain trauma, hardship, broken homes, and broken relationships. I use a diverse approach based on each client’s individual needs. We will work through your issues until we find a resolve.
Overall, I possess working knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family. My treatment approach includes Existential Therapy, Client-Centered, Trauma-focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, person-centered as well as utilizing techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
My goal is to enhance the mental wellness of people who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns.
