I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor living in Texas. I have been in the counseling field since 2009. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, anger management, and family issues. My theoretical background is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT, where your thoughts are examined in relation to how they shape your behavior. I can be flexible though, if CBT ultimately doesn’t work for you. My overall approach is calming and laid back. My goal is to work with you in order to help you reach the goals you would like to achieve in counseling. I look at messages throughout the day, but am most readily available from 5:30pm-7:30pm M-T-F .
