I provide a supportive and safe place to allow clients to share and express emotions about what they are comfortable sharing and the challenges they are experiencing in their lives. Some of the therapeutic modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Mindfulness exercises, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy techniques, Somatic Therapy techniques, Strengths-Based therapy exercises, as well as Trauma-Focused therapy techniques to allow for clients to identify triggers for abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, stress and trauma with non-judgmental supportive feedback to allow clients to approach the difficulties in their lives by learning coping skills to manage those challenges.
