I am a gay therapist living in a metropolitan city in Texas. My pronouns are she/her. I have over 20 years’ experience providing individual and group therapy to adults and seniors Though most of my experience has been in large cities, I do have 5 years’ experience providing services in rural communities. While in the rural community I had a radio show focused on mental health. I worked in hospice and gained experience in grief and end of life issues. In my practice with BetterHelp I see clients with gender dysphoria, self-acceptance, positive body image and alternative lifestyles. I provide services through chat, phone and video. I prefer video or phone. I feel these give me better rapport with my clients. I am licensed in Texas and I see clients out of the U.S.
