I am licensed in Utah with 9 years of professional work experience. I am certified in EMDR therapy and am passionate about helping others work through trauma they have been through that prevents them from moving forward in life. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.
