You can call me “Dr. O.” I am a Fully Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist and Registered Yoga Teacher. I have a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Health Psychology and Two Masters Degrees, one in Clinical Psychology and one in School and Community Psychology. For over two decades, I have worked with a diverse group of adults with transitional life stress, anxiety, and depression.
