Some of the disorders I have treated include anxiety, depression, severe mental illness, grief, trauma and addiction. I specialize in treating OCD with the use of ERP, Exposure Response Prevention. I have also worked closely with couples and families to assist with strengthening relationships and family bonds. I am certified in DBT and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to include MI, CBT, SFT, talk therapy.
