I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with 5 years of experience as a counselor and about 20 years of experience working in social service agencies. I have worked with people experiencing crisis, significant mental health challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other stressors. What I love most about counseling is being able to partner with my clients to support them as they use their own strengths and insights to work through the challenges they are experiencing. I use several counseling modalities and focus on building a therapeutic relationship together to work on the goals that you bring to our sessions.
