Dr. Wuhib is a clinical psychologist who has been in the mental health field since 2001 when her first job entailed working with adults with chronic and severe mental illness with history of repeated hospitalizations. She has since held various positions providing psychotherapy, consultation, as well as intelligence, educational and diagnostic testing, with a wide range of populations. Having lived across three continents – Africa, Europe, and USA, she has developed sensitivity and awareness of the needs of various cultural and ethnic groups and tailors treatment based on their unique worldview. Dr. Wuhib adopts a collaborative, outcome focused approach using cognitive behavior and psychodynamic therapies that is trauma informed. Her special interests are chronic stress, anxiety and complex relationship trauma and their impact on performance and daily life. She offers therapy via video, phone, with evening and weekend hours.
