I have been in practice for over 16 years and have helped with individuals ranging from adults to children. As well as families and couples who are dealing with parenting issues and guiding individuals through life transitions. I have extensive experience in crisis interventions and have been part of residential treatment programs as well as part of a team treating individuals with treatment resistant depression. I have years of experience using various modalities, including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
