I am licensed in TX, with over 15 years experience working with families. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology, and I received my Master’s in Social Work. Most of my career has been in the healthcare field, helping families mitigate crisis and management of chronic illness. I am experienced with older adults, families, those with life limiting illness/chronic illness, and just about everything in between. I am also a wife, to my husband Jason and mom to (3) college age kids….and dog mom to 4 dogs! I am a “solution focused” therapist who wants to help you in the “here and now” to live your best life. I look at therapy as a join venture, where you and I will work together to figure out how to help you manage your life the most successful way possible!
