I’m a licensed in Oregon with three years of professional counseling experience. My strengths include helping people with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, confidence, communication problems, relationship mediation, and bipolar disorder. Because I have professional experience in community health, I have counseled people from 5 to 95 years old, and it has been my privilege to help them with various conditions and concerns. Clients can expect me to create a safe and open professional rapport that is non-judgmental.
