I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 11 years of professional therapy experience. However, I have been working in the social work field for 17 consecutive years. I have experience working with clients who have mild to severe mental illness via my work in inpatient hospitals, group homes, case management, behavioral health insurance management, elementary, middle and high school settings. I have spent the past 11 years of my career providing counseling services to women and children in an Outpatient Therapy setting. I continue to provide in person Outpatient Therapy services on a fulltime basis in addition to my platform on Better Help. I have many years of experience with helping clients manage stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
