I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field working with children, adolescents, and adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, parenting issues, relationship issues, anger management, crisis and stabilization, substance issues, and life transitions issues. I received my Master of Art in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. I utilizes cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, reality based, mindfulness based, solution focused, and collaborative approaches to therapy to provide positive change, empowerment, and the most appropriate tools for each specific individual and couple.
