I have almost 30 years of experience working in various mental health settings. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families. I have the most experience helping clients with addictions, relationship issues, trauma, bipolar disorder and depression, anxiety, ADHD, and self-confidence. I use a strength-based approach to assist you in overcoming things that challenge you or interfere with your life. My methods are based on proven principles, current practice standards, neuroscience, and developmental/attachment theories. I am familiar with attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
