I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.My approach is to come along side my clients in their journey of life to identify their wants, needs, challenges, and abilities to improve functioning, communication, and interactions. I subscribe to a client centered, strengths based vision and incorporate various therapeutic techniques and modalities. I am a strong believer in gaining a better understanding of oneself through exploration and psychoeducation.
