Hello I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey with almost 20 years experience. I have worked with clients that have a wide range of issues that include addiction issues , depression, anxiety , PTSD , personality disorders , relational , family issues , domestic violence , parenting ,adolescent issues ,and self esteem issues . My counseling approach is kind , down to earth , and empathetic . I understand the strength required in seeking help and am sensitive to the needs of every person . Because each person is unique , my style of approach is catered to the issue presented . I use a variety of motivational , cognitive behavioral therapy , solution focus , person centered , sometimes Inspiring, accountability , and the use of practicality when needed .
