I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State with over 7 years of experience working as therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including combat trauma, military sexual trauma, childhood abuse and childhood sexual abuse issues, rape victims, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, sleep issues, grief, TBI, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.
