I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and Tennessee. I have over twenty years of experience in the field of social work and 8 years as a licensed clinician. I have provided clinical services to individuals of all ages presenting with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family issues. As a Florida native I have gained an appreciation for the diverse cultural population within our community. I also lived abroad immersing myself in multiple cultures. With these experiences I have developed cultural competence in which I have the ability to understand, communicate with and effectively interact with people across cultures. I am well versed in several counseling techniques with an emphasis in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and have a compassionate approachable demeanor.
