My name is Michelle LaFitte and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have over 17 years of experience working in behavioral health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, substance abuse, incarcerations, relationship issues (individual), ODD, ADHD, and Bipolar. I have also helped people who have dealt with all types of trauma (emotional, physical, and verbal). I use an eclectic approach to therapy. I like to combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy.
