I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with 35 years of professional work experience. I am also a licensed qualified supervisor. I have extensive experience in helping clients address feelings of depression, stress and anxiety, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I am also skilled in the areas of relationships, parenting, and family therapy, and work with children, teens and adults. I empower my clients by helping to identify life stressors, and by working together to develop strengths and positive coping skills. I believe in the importance of being open-minded, caring and empathetic when working with clients and helping them to realize their life and relationship goals.
