I am a Psychotherapist, with over 15+ years of counseling, teaching graduate school and working in family court. I have experience in helping people with relationships, conflict resolution, self-esteem, stress and anxiety, dating and trust issues, Imposter Syndrome, finding your voice, assertiveness, boundary setting, family conflicts, & intimacy related issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling/School Counseling and a BS in Psychology. I hold licenses and certifications: LMHC-S, NCC, CCMHC, CFM.
