Hawaii is home and I have had the privilege of working with many people over my 25 years of being a therapist. I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you already have many tools that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
