I offer The Integrated Care Model and treat the client through the lens “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” I believe that in order to give clients the best chance at a lifelong recovery, substance use, binge eating or other unhealthy behaviors cannot be the sole treatment component. The substance(s) they are using are only a behavior, not who they are as a person. For complete wellness, we must address the deeper issues that lead the person to misuse substances, binge eat or engage in other unhealthy behaviors. As part of the Integrated Care Model, I offer to my clients Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mind Body Spirit therapies.
