I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, depression, self -esteem issues, and non-acceptance of the here-and-now. My therapy style combines mainly Gestalt therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solutions-Focused Therapy. Concepts from other types of therapy are used as well. To be human means to suffer, at least some of the time. But you don’t have to go it alone.
