I am licensed in Louisiana with 5 years of master’s level professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem and confidence, depression and trauma. I also have experience working with clients who are coping with life stage transitions. My goal in therapy is to create a safe and open environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
