My name is Misty Grimes, and I am licensed in Colorado with 12 years of professional employment as an LCSW. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, recovery/coping with addictions, trauma, domestic abuse, self-motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I provide a safe non-judgmental space to process and heal from life’s challenges and trauma. It is my goal to assist you in finding a new perspective and wisdom that you can apply in your daily life to improve your overall happiness and wellbeing.
