Hello! Congratulations on your commitment to better health and healing. It takes courage to identify a personal problem or concern and then to take the next step to actively work toward resolving it. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years providing clinical social work, therapy and case management services. Over the years I have gained valuable experience working with people of all ages experiencing mental, emotional and behavioral challenges. I am most experienced and have professional interests in the areas of depression and anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, hopelessness, shame/guilt and coping with chronic conditions. I have also worked as a Pastoral Counselor, and recognize that for some the path to healing may also include their spiritual and religious beliefs and practices. Individuals I have worked with in the past have described me as calm, sincere and understanding. I use an array of therapy approaches that commonly include focus on the individual’s strengths, problem solutions, and understanding the relationship between an individual’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
