I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I have 6 years of professional experience helping individuals make changes to their lives and reach their personal goals. I have experience working with people challenged by depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, trauma, relationship issues, and parenting struggles. My approach is client centered with a focus in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Currently my available sessions will typically be on Friday from 8-3 pm. My clinical work has included training and experience with utilizing parent child interaction therapy (PCIT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Prolonged Exposure Trauma Therapy.
