I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stressors/life changes, relationship issues, grief and loss, domestic violence, eating disorders, and those who have experienced physical or emotional abuse or trauma. I have also worked in the field of hospice, terminal illness, and end of life care. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I treat everyone with compassion, respect, and cultural sensitivity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, empowerment and strengths based, trauma-based, and rational-emotive counseling. I also implement Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma when applicable. I will design our sessions and treatment plan to meet your specific and unique needs.
