I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience working with clients from a multitude of backgrounds. My experiences as a therapist, mother, wife, daughter, sister and past business woman have led me to want to help women and families with the assortment of issues that can arise with marriage, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, parenting and the struggle to maintain life-work balance. I specialize in trauma, addictions, women’s wellness, perinatal and postpartum struggle and perinatal loss. I have completed additional training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, EMDR and trauma, advanced mindfulness, suicidality, addictions, Gottman’s Seven Principles and motivational enhancement therapy. Learning to help yourself is imperative to leading an effective life. Taking the first step is the hardest, but it can be done, and I can help! I work with you to identify and use your true strengths to overcome obstacles, which ultimately leads you to better knowing and trusting yourself for the future you want.
