I have been a counselor for seven years and I’m currently licensed in the state of Kentucky. I have experience in substance-abuse, couples counseling, anxiety and depression, trauma, & self esteem issues. I have worked in inpatient and intensive outpatient drug/rehab counseling for 3 1/2 years and am familiar with the struggles that come with recovery from substance dependence. I use a multimodal approach, but mainly talk therapy, CBT and DBT therapy, narrative and solutions focused therapy.
