I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in West Michigan with over 20 years of experience. I often take a Cognitive Behavioral Theoretical (CBT) or Mindfulness Based therapeutic approach. However, I embrace the fact that we are each unique individuals and have an eclectic “tool bag” to assist clients in their personal journeys.
