I am a fully-licensed therapist (clinical social worker) in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience. My areas of expertise include helping clients adjust to life transitions, cope with chronic and/or life-limiting illness, manage depression and anxiety, navigate relationship issues, and cope with grief and loss. While I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds, I have the specialized perspective and experience fundamental to serve LGBTQIA+ clients and clients of color.
