I am licensed in California and Nevada with 4 years of professional clinical experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, & executive coaching. I also have experience working with professional coaching. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, with elements of Evolutionary Psychology. I currently operate a private practice in CA and NV and I am also the in-house performance coach at a successful hedge fund on the East Coast.
