I am a licensed mental health provider with over 13 years of experience with counseling and helping others. I, myself, have faced many obstacles and struggles in my life that I needed to work through and overcome. I know that life can seem insurmountable at times, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I truly care about my clients and want to help them on the way to finding and creating a truly happy life worth living. I am passionate about helping people and empowering them to reach their highest potential. I provide a holistic approach to counseling. This addresses all aspects of your well-being: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and relational. In my work, I help to integrate the whole person, drawing on your strengths, positive qualities, past successes and inner resilience. I can assist you with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, unresolved emotional issues, self-esteem, care giving issues, grief and loss, creating more meaning and purpose in your life. I work primarily with adults.
