I am a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts and Hawaii and a registered expressive arts therapist with the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB). I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including mood disorders (depression, anxiety, bi-polar), eating disorders and body image, self-esteem, career challenges, and grief and loss. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, authentic, and engaging. I focus on treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion while addressing issues of diversity. I maintain a person-centered, strengths-based approach utilizing cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and narrative counseling.
