While my specialty is in adoption, foster care and early trauma, I am able to work with a broad range of concerns. My style is strengths-based, warm and interactive. I am flexible in my approach, and able to tailor it to your specific needs. I draw on my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Family Systems, Attachment-based therapy, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, Competency), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Solutions Oriented Brief therapy, and base my approach in compassionate listening. I believe in treating people with respect and dignity, and in protecting their privacy.
