I am licensed in New York with 10 years of psychotherapy experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, and depression; building confidence, self-esteem, and motivation; coping with growing pains, tension, and conflict; empowering youth and young adults to identify and utilize their strengths and to support parents with a myriad of child-rearing concerns. My education emphasized child & family theory in a strengths-based model; therefore, in my practice, I specialize in supporting children, teens, families, and emerging adults to cope with the life stressors that challenge them personally.
